Delivery Information

Your order will be immediately analysed and then processed by our team of optical professionals, which include a qualified Optometrist and dispensing optician. Glasses are sent via Royal Mail or courier service, depending on your choice. International rates are also available.

Domestic rates:

1. Royal Mail tracked 48 with signature [default/FREE for orders over £49] – £4.95

2. DPD courier next day – £8.95

3. Royal Mail guaranteed next day – £8.95

International:

1. Royal Mail signed for – £13.95

2. Courier – £29

UK DELIVERY:

Delivery time is usually 7 to 10 working days. If any items are out of stock, you will be duly notified via email or telephone and whether your delivery time is to be consequently affected. If you request a ‘Tracking Reference’ it will be sent to you via email.

The cost of Special Next Day Delivery is; £7.95.

A signature will be required on receipt. If you are unavailable to accept your package, the delivery driver may leave a calling card with instructions on how and where to collect your package. With special next day delivery service your goods are completely insured against any loss during transit/delivery. For re-glaze orders, we always recommend you use ‘Special next day delivery’ service to ensure your frames are insured against any loss or damage during transit.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY [Outside U.K]:

If you request a ‘Tracking Reference’ it will be sent to you via email.

International delivery time is approximately one to two weeks worldwide and usually within one week for Europe based deliveries.

When you place an order you have an option to specify a specific delivery address, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as deliveries are only made between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, according to normal procedure, it will automatically be passed on to the local/national postal service of the recipient country.

If you are unavailable when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver may leave a calling card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
