Hi,received glasses this morning very pleased excellent frame excellent
value for money. cant understand how much better I can see with them
compared to the ones I had from specsavers,I think now that they must have

hi I thought I should drop you a note to thank you for your help they arrived back today, its nice to see where I am going!
Can I ask you a question?

I live in a very rural area with only one optician, so that when I go in they say they give you a free prescription and you buy the glasses from them, but as they charge over £200 for the most basic I get a bit disgruntled. is it possible for me to go in and ask for a prescription only what ever they might say and simply pay for that, and how much should they be charging? I would far rather get the scrip and buy from you as going there is just like meeting arkwright out of open all hours comedy on the TV!!

Hi,

Just a quick message to let you know that I've just received the exchange pair of glasses (Camel 1402s) and I'm delighted with them; I therefore intend to return the original pair you kindly allowed me to keep until the replacements arrived. I will not however have the opportunity to do so until next Monday or Tuesday, and will send them as soon as I get the opportunity.

In the meantime, I'd like to thank you very much for very kind assistance and excellent service you have provided in arranging this exchange - your help is most appreciated.
