I received my glasses today. I had had to return them because I had not submitted my prescription in a lucid manner. Glassescomplete were more than understanding about my mistake. The glasses are superb – the real deal at about an tenth of the high street price. I shall definitely be using Glassescomplete again.

I just thought I’d let you know I have received the re-worked sunglasses this morning and I must say I am extremely pleased with the result.

Thank you for sorting out the initial problem and getting them back for my trip tomorrow! First class service!

Just as an indicator, my wife has been ‘duped’ into buying a pair of reading glasses by a local optician chain and has paid £191 – And then they complain that people don’t use their local opticians! Maybe they should try lowering their prices!
