How It All Began
Glasses Complete are one of the first if not the very first optometrist led companies to sell prescription made glasses online.
In 2006, whilst operating a group of independent high street opticians, Imran and Asif co-founded Glasses Complete. Their ultimate aim was to create a website dedicated to eyeglasses that would provide the customer with a platform to purchase prescription made eyewear.
With their 20+ years worth of experience in the optical industry, they have built a strong and steady relationship with frames and lens suppliers, added with the reduced operator overheads compared with high street opticians has allowed Glasses Complete to offer these cost savings directly to the customer and in-turn offer designer glasses up to 60% off high street prices.

Over the years we have successfully processed thousands of pairs of glasses in our optical lab, also known to us as our engine room. Here we have a meticulous system to analyse and process every order received and all prescription glasses are then carefully tailor-made to an extremely high standard. Before your order is complete and dispatched, we ensure every pair of glasses are quality checked by two separate personnel including a lab technician and an optician, just to make sure they’re as per prescription and are to the same high standard as one would expect when collecting their glasses from our Opticians.
We have personnel working at Glasses Complete who have previously held posts in some of the biggest optical companies in the world and between them, they have virtually covered every field in the optical industry, from specialist lab technician to Head optometrist.
To date, Glasses Complete have served thousands of customers worldwide and saved them a fortune without ever compromising on quality and service.
